Kal Online Guild Ranking: the four tiers, the five match member floor, and the rank reward table

Two different guild systems
Kal Online has a guild level ladder and a guild rank ladder. They are not the same thing, and the names are close enough to cause confusion.
The guild level comes from Guild Points, from levelling up, staying connected, and members reaching level 20 and above. That system decides your guild's capacity and which systems are unlocked.
This post is about the rank ladder, because that is the one that pays out at the end of a season.
How the ranking is calculated
The guild ranking is determined by aggregating the activity points earned by all guild members by participating in PVP content such as castle siege, triangular battle, GVG, Island of the battle field, and duel tournament.
The guild ranking level is determined as Champion, Master, Veteran, or Beginner. A guild with no activity points at all is not counted in the ranking.
You can check the guild ranking in the [guild] tab of the ranking screen, which opens with the shortcut key U.
Where the activity points come from
The number of PVP matches increases when you earn activity points after participating in PVP content. That is the whole mechanism: you play the PVP content, the game counts your matches, and the matches become activity points for your guild.
The wiki does not publish a points per match table, and I could not find one anywhere else this cycle. So I cannot tell you how many matches a guild needs to reach Champion. Anyone claiming a specific number is guessing.
The reward table
The reward is sent by mail after the season ends, and the guild master is the one who receives the guild reward.
The rank reward is not paid to guild members who have participated in fewer than 5 PVP matches. That is a hard floor, and it is per member, not per guild.
The full table, as the wiki prints it:
What that table actually tells you
The gap between rank 1 and Champion is enormous, and the gap between Champion and Beginner is one item. Rank 1 takes five times as many admission tickets as Champion, and its personal reward includes a Celestial Guardian Stone Fragment Box that the lower tiers also get, plus a weapon skin that appears nowhere else in the table.
If your guild is somewhere in the middle of the ladder, the honest read is that Beginner through Champion all get the same single admission ticket, so the tier only changes how many material boxes arrive.
Planning around the floor
The five match minimum matters more than the tier you are aiming for. A guild full of people who queued twice will collect nothing regardless of how many activity points the active half earned.
Since the reward arrives by mail to the guild master and then has to be distributed, it is worth agreeing on the split before the season ends rather than after.
What this post does not settle
The wiki gives no points per match, no season length, and no reset date. I found no official page that supplies any of the three this cycle.
The PVP content list is the wiki's own: castle siege, triangular battle, GVG, Island of the battle field, and duel tournament. I have not verified that all five award activity points in the current build.
