Kal Online PvP and the assassin system: the duel rules, the mask, and the penalties

Two systems, not one
Kal Online splits player fighting into a duel system and an assassin system. They look similar on screen and they behave completely differently.
The duel, PvP
A duel starts only when both players agree. There are no penalties for the winner or the loser.
To start one, type /duel PLAYER NAME in the chat window. The duel can begin from anywhere once the player who received the request accepts it.
The assassin system exists to repress reckless killing. A player who wants to kill must wear a mask item, which marks them to everyone else.
A player in normal condition who is killed by an assassin loses 1/10 of EXP, and the death count is not accumulated. The assassin indicator stays on while the mode is active, and assassins can only attack others in unsafe areas.
