Kal Online ultimate skill books: the level 105 skill, the fragments, the exchange NPC, and the binding rules
Every Kal Online class has two skills acquired at level 105. The Ultimate Skill Book is what raises them past that first level. It is an endgame upgrade rather than a new ability, and the path to it runs through the Village of Narootuh.
What the ultimate skill is
GameAgit's skill page lists two ultimate skills per job, all acquired at level 105. A few of them:
GameAgit states that you increase the level of your Ultimate Skill by using the Ultimate Skill Book items. You exchange the Ultimate Skill Book items for each job with the Ultimate Secret Book items, and the Ultimate Secret Book requires a certain quantity of Ultimate Secret Book Fragment and Ultimate Decoder Fragment.
Where each piece comes from
The fragments and the secret book are not bound, so they can move between characters and be sold. The decoder fragment is character bound and the finished skill book is account bound. Farm on the character you intend to play, because a book you cannot move is a book you cannot use on anyone else.

The set includes Gale Slash (God of Sword) 2, Invincible protection (God of Sword) 2, Ice waterfall (Ascetic) 2, Arrow of Doom (God of Bow) 2, Sudden violent attack (Unearthly Ghost) 2, Rage (Unearthly Ghost) 2, Lightning destruction sword (Mind Sword) 2, and Shock of wind (Mind Sword) 2. - Knight (God of Sword), Gale Slash, 28 second cooldown: "Charges the selected area with a powerful lightning strike, causing widespread damage."
- Knight (God of Sword), Invincible protection, 50 second cooldown: "For 5 seconds, immune to all skill effects and damage from allies and enemies." The effect cancels on movement.
- Magician (Ascetic), Ice waterfall, 35 second cooldown, area damage with a 2 second movement speed reduction.
- Archer (God of Bow), Arrow of Doom, 34 second cooldown, a pillar of fire for 6 seconds.
- Thief (Unearthly Ghost), Rage, 32 second cooldown, an explosion that reduces On Target Point and Evasion Point.
