Kal Online daily missions: what resets, what the rewards are, and how to fit them into your routine
Quick Summary
Kal Online daily missions are a repeatable quest system available from level 20. You can hold up to 6 missions at once, they reset at midnight KST, and they reward experience, zamogeons, and Medals of Honor. The Medals of Honor can be exchanged for items through the mission table, and that exchange shop resets its purchase limits every Monday.

How Daily Missions Work
Daily missions are accessed through the mission board. You need to be level 20 or higher to use it. The game gives you new missions each day based on your character level, and you can have up to 6 active at the same time.

Missions reset at 0:00 AM KST (GMT+9) every day. When the reset happens, the mission you are currently working on stays active. You do not lose progress on an in-progress mission. If you want to swap a mission for a different one, you can use a daily mission reset document, which renews the mission without affecting the one already in progress.

There are three types of missions on the board:
  • General Duty: standard missions with standard rewards
  • Rare Mission: harder missions that pay more than normal ones
  • Missions in Progress: the ones you are currently working on, also viewable by pressing Q
What You Earn
Completing daily missions gives you three things:
  • Character experience, which helps you level
  • Zamogeons, the in-game currency
  • Medals of Honor, a special token earned only through daily missions
The Medals of Honor are the most interesting reward because they feed into a separate exchange system. You can trade them for various items through the mission table. The number of times you can buy each item in that exchange shop resets every Monday, so the medals you earn during the week have a hard cap on how much you can spend.

Fitting Missions Into Your Routine
Since the missions reset at midnight KST, the most efficient approach is to log in, check the board, and knock out the 6 missions in one session. The experience and zamogeons are useful at any level, but the Medals of Honor are the real prize. If you skip days, you lose the medal income for those days, and the Monday reset means unused medals do not carry forward in value.

The Rare Missions are worth prioritizing when they appear. They pay more than General Duty missions for the same time investment. If a Rare Mission is available and you have a free slot, take it before filling the board with General Duty ones.
