Kal Online GM commands: the admin command reference
Kal Online private servers give admins and GMs a set of chat commands for managing the server, players, and events. This reference covers the standard commands available on most servers running the XEAxMaste source. Note that some servers customize their commands by hex editing the mainsvr.exe, so the exact list may vary.
Player management
On most XEAxMaste-based servers, you create a GM account by editing the database. Open the SQL server, find the kal_db database, open the player table, find your character, and change the admin column from 0 to 11. Rank 11 is the admin level. Rank 8 is a GM with fewer rights, and rank 5 is a supporter with limited access.

Player management
- /portuser [name] recalls a player to your location.
- /kick [name] removes a player from the server.
- /block [name] blocks a player.
- /unblock [name] unblocks a player.
- /info [name] shows UID, PID, class, and level of the player.
- /active shows all active players on the server.
- /levelup increases your level by 1.
- /getexp [amount] increases your experience by the given amount.
- /resetlevel [level] sets your level to the specified value.
- /get [itemid] [prefix] [amount] creates a bounded item in your inventory.
- /storage [playername] [itemid] [prefix] [amount] creates a normal item in another player's storage.
- /addcp [amount] adds contribution points.
- /addmp [amount] increases your MP limit.
- /addhp [amount] increases your HP limit.
- /addatk [amount] increases your max and min physical damage.
- /adddef [amount] increases your defense.
- /snow turns on the snow event.
- /event [id] turns on a specific event. Common event IDs include 0 for double EXP, 1 for dice event, and 6 for snow event.
- /eventoff turns off all events.
- /eventon turns on all events.
- /queen summons the Demon Queen.
- /lord summons the Doggebi Lord.
- /nest summons the Demon Nest.
- /return teleports you to the nearest Stone of Return.
- /guildexp [amount] increases your guild's experience.
- /castleinfo shows information about the castle and its tax.
- /egggrade [grade] sets your egg's grade. Only grades 11, 21, 31, and 40 can be used.
- /shutdown closes the server. Only server admins can use this.
- /hide toggles your visibility to other players.
- /notice [text] shows a notice to all players.
- /move [mobid] teleports you to the closest monster specified by the mob ID.
- /gposition [specid] sets your government position.
