How to Fix KAL Online’s “Could Not Find Any Compatible Direct3D Devices” Error

KAL Online’s official FAQ says the “Could not find any compatible Direct3D devices” error occurs when the graphics card does not support 3D graphics or Direct3D acceleration is disabled.
