The seven grades

Family: under 180 points
Bronze: over 180 points
Silver: more than 1,600 points
Gold: more than 4,800 points
Platinum: within Gold level, top 50%
Diamond: more than 10,000 points
BLACK: within Diamond grade, top 1

How the grade is calculated

Maintenance period: 1 month. The page says it is applied and the product is paid on the 1st of every month.
Calculation period: the last 1 month, from the 1st to the last day of the month.
VIP points are awarded when you purchase products sold for cash on Kalshop.

The page does not print what happens when a grade is not maintained.

Daily log-in reward
The page gives a daily log-in reward for each VIP level, split into an EXP increase and a PVE Attack increase, across four holding times from 1 hour to 4 hours. Each reward is a one hour buff.

Bronze: EXP 5% to 25%, PVE Attack 2%
Silver: EXP 10% to 30%, PVE Attack 2%
Gold: EXP 20% to 40%, PVE Attack 2% to 3%
Platinum: EXP 25% to 50%, PVE Attack 3% to 4%
Diamond: EXP 25% to 50%, PVE Attack 4% to 5%
BLACK: EXP 25% to 50%, PVE Attack 4% to 5%

The page also says that when a new connection reward activates the previous one is deactivated, and that unclaimed connection maintenance rewards reset the next day.

Celestial Orb

Using a Celestial Orb on a slot temporarily increases the enhancement level of the item equipped in that slot.
The reinforcement level of the equipped item is ignored and the Celestial Orb effect is applied instead.

The Temple of Desire ticket
The page marks the Temple of Desire Admission Ticket Box as new and says it gives 1 individual ticket and 1 party ticket to the Premium Temple of Desire.

Notice rules

Items provided as VIP benefits are account bound.
VIP items are given to the representative character, and if no representative character is set the VIP items cannot be received.
The VIP item message retention period is 7 days and the VIP item use period is 25 days.
Items cannot be received from messages whose retention period has expired, and items whose use period has expired cannot be used.
Items that have expired may be deleted after notification.
