Hero Support is the returning-player event. If an account has been dormant for more than 180 days since its last login, logging in makes it eligible, and the event then hands out item support for attendance and for finishing a set number of daily missions.
Starting it
The missions do not run by themselves. The event window has an Activate button and nothing counts until you press it. If you come back after a long break and see the event but no progress, that button is the usual reason.
The mission chain
Three attendance milestones and six daily-mission milestones. The daily missions are a count of completions, not a count of days, so you can push the number up faster than one per day if you have the time.
- Log in 1: Event Rental Equipment Box for Returning Players, with a 30 day Miraculous Weapon ticket, a 30 day Miraculous Armors ticket and 300 Red Doggebi Pills
- Log in 3: Event Adventurer's Potion Box, with five each of Potion of Tiger Claws, Potion of Bear Skin, Potion of Wisdom, Potion of Foresight and Potion of Eagle Wings
- Log in 7: Event Adventurer's Yeoiju Box, with two Attack type Yeoiju V and two Defense type Yeoiju V
- 6 daily missions: The Enchanting White Horse
- 12 daily missions: Event Egg of the Golden Dragon
- 18 daily missions: The Angel of Death (15 days)
- 24 daily missions: Event High-Grade Stone of Chance
- 30 daily missions: Event Blessing of Asadal (7 days)
- 36 daily missions: Event Adventurer's Ornament Choice Box, choosing one of Trinket of Blue Dragon Alpha Lv1, Trinket of White Tiger Alpha Lv1, Talisman of Black Tortoise Alpha Lv1, Talisman of Phoenix Alpha Lv1 or Legacy of Heavenly King Alpha Lv1
The rental equipment is the part that changes how a returning character plays. A 30 day rental weapon and armour set means you can get back into content straight away instead of working up to it, and the Red Doggebi Pills are the healing item you will burn through while you relearn the game.
The later rewards are the ones people plan around. The ornament choice box at 36 is a pick-one, so it is the reward to aim for if you have a specific build in mind.
