Kal Online: the Game Guide System and NPC Seohak
Kal Online includes a beginner assistance feature called the Game Guide System. New characters level 1 through 60 can interact with the NPC Seohak to receive basic game information and occasional reward items.
How it works:
- NPC Seohak appears in multiple locations across the game world, including Narootuh, Jook-Suh Cargo Station, Geum-Oh Mine, the Pub of the Giant Bird, the Temporary Fort of Geum-Ohee Castle, and the City of Priest
- The information provided depends on the character's level, with guidance offered at levels 10, 20, 30, 40, and 60
- The system helps beginners understand basic mechanics, objectives, and where to find key NPCs
- In addition to advice, Seohak can occasionally provide reward items from the system
Key locations:
- Narootuh: Near Woman Yae-Jin
- Jook-Suh Cargo Station: Near Woman Ok-Jin and Dream Fish Merchant
- Geum-Oh Mine: Near Assassin List
- Pub of the Giant Bird: Near Statue of Black Crow and Mission table
- Temporary Fort of Geum-Ohee Castle: Near Mix Master
- City of Priest: Near Jeong-ilguk
The Game Guide System is one of several beginner-friendly features in Kal Online, alongside the Kal Pass, Party Bonus System, and Training Center. Together they help new players progress smoothly from level 1 to 60.
